		We looked at booking data for our clubs from the past 4 years of CoderDojo Scotland.

		One-off girls-only events don’t work.
		Let’s Look At The Numbers
		5 times more likely to go on to attend several mixed dojos
		First attends a mixed event
		For two girls attending a dojo for the first time:
		First attends a one-off girls-only event
		But there are fewer new girls than boys at the clubs and fewer girls return
		For a new boy and new girl
		the boy is twice as likely to go on to attend several dojos
		The boy is twice as likely to go on to attend several dojos
		How can we change this?

		60% have family member or family friend in computing
